In thinking about taking on the project I felt it would be exposing me more than I am used to. So just as an onion has many layers, so do each one of us (according to Shrek). It also ties in to photography as a tool I use in the editing process. By tackling this project I hope to grow personally as well as professionally during this next year. I will struggle with posting them each day, but will take the pictures and post them as soon as time allows. Enjoy the journey with me.

Day 11- Chasing Chewing Trains

I caught my guy looking out the window while playing with his trains and humming while sucking on his food. He has always sucked on his food. Hours after dinner I would find him still sucking on a piece of food. I find it so strange and have to coax him to chew and swallow it. When he was a little younger it was a lot worse and I would have to make sure he didn't go to sleep while sucking on food or I worried he'd end up choking. IPhone

Day 10- Princes and Castles and Dragons

Naps don't happen everyday. He is the King of naps and I have never had a struggle to get him to take one. Opposite of his big brother that I had to help him take one. He is a dream sleeper and wished I could actually see what he's dreaming. D700 24-70mm f/2.8

Day 6- Hunted and Slayed the Deadly Tomatoes (humanely)

Tomato season means salsa, marinara, or tomatoes coming out our ears. He was my chatting buddy as I worked. A couple of sources of entertainment was when he kept repeating "Don't look at me Mom, Don't look at me Mom." Of course I looked and saw him standing on the counter, in which he slithered slowly down as I looked at him. Then as I am using my food processor to chop up the onions the sting was getting to me, and he leaning on the counter near the chopper, rubbing his eyes and said, "what da matta wit my eyes, momma." Then he was more than happy to take some pictures with his friendly yellow tomato. D700 50mm F/1.8

Day 3 A Hard Days Work

"E" felt left out and was missing his siblings so we packed his brothers old backpack with school activities. He loves to take it everywhere and says he is going to school. He has even freaked out if we've left it home. Just a little way to make him like being at home with boring ole me. Notice the band aid on the left hand? Just about chopped the tip of it off on a bike wheel rotor after he spun it. Iphone shot

180 Days With My Big "E"

In thinking about the new school year starting and me and my "E" being buds for the next year again, I thought I would chonicle my adventures with him. So I came up with idea to blog the 180 days of school that it will just be us. So here is the begining of our fun-filled adventure (okay, so it won't always be fun-filled). The start of the first day was a long sleeper inner boy. No one around to wake him up so he kept sleeping. :) Taken with Iphone
